Condition when found: include score if a
veterinarian rated the animals, otherwise state general condition
Current status: what was done with animal(s) i.e., they are being
kept by a concerned individual, were sent to horse rescue facility, were
sold at auction, were put down
Pertinent Follow Up: Was the owner identified? What is being done
to find the owner? Are charges pending in the case? What did it cost to
