Police investigating possible horse neglect: Fillmore County
Sheriff's office investigating possible case of animal neglect after
receiving calls about 15 horses that appeared to be underfed and
malnourished. Sheriff's department has seen increase in animal neglect
cases as economy has gone into recession. (photo)
