7/27/09 West Virginia:  Horses find their saving grace - Area woman strives to rescue abandoned and abused animals:  Recounts finding horses tied to post in middle of night with notes asking to find them a home. Most rescues are from racetracks. Currently caring for 30 horses with 10 available for adoption. Donations down; may cut back to five.  (photo)
